As the owner of a bar in Buenos Aires and a judge on Argentine cooking shows, he showcased his skills. He speaks Spanish, German, and English, combining traditional techniques with modern influences.

Mirko, host and marketing expert, is very communicative and engages with all guests, amazingly in any language. He refines our concept daily to enhance the guest experience.
